REMINDER: TRANSFER APPLICATIONS
All Transfer Applications are due in the Administration Office now as the
School Board will acting on transfers at each board meeting.
Returning transfers must fill out a new form each year and return it.
Anyone who has moved out of the LISD District must fill out a transfer form.
ATHLETIC PHYSICALS - May 23, 2012 at Crockett High School Gym
Athletes will be transported by bus and MUST have forms completed and turned in by May 22, 2012.
Parents should have received these forms from your students.
